Recruiter (Nutraceuticals and Manufacturing)

We are seeking a high-energy, technically-minded Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts during a period of significant growth. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of specialized roles in our capsule and powder manufacturing facility—from Production Operators to R&D Managers and Quality Specialists.

The ideal candidate understands that "Quality" isn't just a department; it’s a regulatory requirement. You must be able to speak the language of our industry to ensure every hire is a fit for our high-compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Vetting: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates possess true functional knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 111, cGMP, and SQF .

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the "Candidate Journey" from sourcing and headhunting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, industry boards, and local NOVA networks to find specialized talent (Flavorists, Encapsulation Techs, and Supply Chain Specialists) and additional resources

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Work closely with the internal team members to refine job descriptions and align on "Must-Have" technical competencies depending on position required.

• Compliance Tracking: Ensure all recruitment activities are documented and compliant with EEO standards and internal quality protocols.

• Gather and manage employee’s feedback, yearly anniversaries

• Represent Pronto company in various events for partnerships, such as collaborations with universities, colleges, and various open days

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Industry Fluency: Proven experience recruiting within the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, or Food Manufacturing sectors.

• Regulatory Literacy: You must be able to explain and vet candidates on their understanding of:

  • cGMP: Current Good Manufacturing Practices

  • FDA 21 CFR Part 11: Electronic Records & Signatures

  • SQF: Safe Quality Food certification standards

• Experience: 3–5 years of recruiting experience (Agency or Corporate). Experience in the NOVA/D.C. Metro labor market is a significant plus.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to "sell" our company culture while rigorously auditing a candidate's technical claims.
