QA & Support Specialist (Junior)

Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA & Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through manual testing while also providing excellent technical support to our clients. You’ll work closely with our product and development teams to validate new features and help deliver a smooth, reliable user experience. This is a junior-level position with strong growth potential for someone eager to learn and develop within a fast-moving company.

Bits of your job:

• Perform manual QA testing of UI features and new development releases

• Validate application functionality against requirements and expected behavior

• Identify, document, and track bugs or inconsistencies

• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality product releases

• Provide technical support to clients via email, chat, and phone

• Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward effective solutions

• Help improve internal QA and support processes

• Assist with documentation and knowledge base updates

Core Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to understand user flows and system behavior

• Basic technical understanding of web applications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in QA, testing, or customer support

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Full-time, flexible remote work

• 20 paid vacation days per year

• $50 health budget per month ($600 annually)

Salary:

From $1,200–$1,800/month gross, depending on experience.
