Electro-Mechanical Technician (Supplement Manufacturing)

Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking a dual-skilled Manufacturing & Electrical Technician to join our production team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-speed supplement manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate ensures that our encapsulation, mixing and packaging lines run at peak efficiency while adhering to strict cGMP and FDA safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, motors, sensors. Assemble, disassemble, clean and store manufacturing equipment

• Mechanical Repair: Perform preventative maintenance on encapsulators, mixers, and high-speed packaging lines.

• Calibration: Calibrate precision scales and ingredient-dosing sensors to ensure compliance.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of repairs and equipment performance in compliance with FDA/cGMP regulations and SOPs.

• Safety: Strictly follow Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) and safety protocols.

• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Electrical Technology or Mechatronics preferred.

• Experience: 3+ years in industrial maintenance, ideally within a FDA-regulated environment (Food, Supplement, or Pharma).

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency reading electrical schematics and blue prints.

• Experience with automated control systems and pneumatic/hydraulic components.

• Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment (wearing PPE/hairnets/smocks).
